Keto Chicken Parmesan
Crispy almond-and-parmesan crusted chicken smothered in marinara and melted mozzarella. All the comfort of chicken parm with none of the breadcrumbs.
Crispy crust, zero breadcrumbs
The magic of chicken parmesan is the contrast between the crunchy coating, the tangy sauce, and the gooey cheese. You do not need wheat breadcrumbs to get there. A blend of almond flour and grated parmesan crisps up golden and holds its crunch under the sauce.
Use a low-sugar marinara and you keep this squarely in single-digit net carbs while it still tastes like a plate from your favorite Italian spot.
- Pound the chicken thin for even cooking
- Press the coating on firmly so it adheres
- Broil at the end for bubbly, browned cheese

Recipe FAQ
How do I keep the coating from getting soggy?
Sear the chicken well before saucing, use just enough marinara to cover the top, and avoid drowning the cutlets. Broiling at the end also helps set the cheese and keep the crust crisp.
What can I serve it over?
Zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash are the natural keto substitutes for pasta. A crisp green salad on the side rounds out the plate without adding carbs.
