Sausage & Egg Breakfast Bowl
A warm bowl of savory sausage, fried eggs, avocado, and cheese. No bread, no fuss, just a fast and filling high-protein keto breakfast in one dish.
Skip the plate, build a bowl
When you drop the toast and hash browns, breakfast becomes a question of how to assemble protein and fat into something satisfying. A bowl is the easiest answer: cook a few components, pile them together, and eat.
This one starts with browned breakfast sausage, adds eggs cooked however you like them, and finishes with avocado and cheese for richness. It comes together in about fifteen minutes and needs nothing else.
- Cook the sausage first, then fry eggs in the drippings
- Add avocado off the heat so it stays fresh
- Hot sauce or salsa keeps the carbs low and the flavor high

Recipe FAQ
Can I meal prep these bowls?
Cook the sausage ahead and refrigerate it, but fry the eggs and slice the avocado fresh. Reheated eggs turn rubbery and avocado browns, so those two are best made to order.
What can I add to bulk it up?
Sauteed spinach, mushrooms, or diced bell pepper all fit within keto limits. A dollop of sour cream also adds fat and richness without meaningful carbs.
